Shipping policy

We provide professional, safe and comprehensive global shipping services for all vinyl records, CDs and music collectible orders. We fully understand that physical records are fragile, pressure-sensitive and easily scratched, and each record carries the expectations of music lovers and collectors, so we have formulated a professional and rigorous packaging and shipping process to ensure that every record can be safely delivered to customers in perfect condition.
For vinyl records, we adopt a multi-layer protective packaging method: first, each vinyl record is placed in an anti-static inner sleeve to prevent static electricity from damaging the disc surface and affecting the playback effect; then it is wrapped with a dust-proof outer sleeve to isolate dust and dirt; next, it is wrapped with thick shock-absorbing bubble wrap, ensuring that every part of the record is fully protected; finally, it is placed in a reinforced double-layer rigid mailer box, and filled with shock-absorbing filling materials such as crumpled kraft paper to avoid shaking, squeezing and collision during transportation, thus preventing the disc from warping, scratching, edge damage or breakage. For CD orders, we use scratch-resistant transparent sleeves to protect the disc surface, and then pack them into a sturdy rigid box with shock-absorbing padding to avoid scratches on the disc surface and damage to the case. In addition, we will affix "Fragile" and "This Side Up" labels on the outer packaging of each parcel to remind the logistics staff to handle it with care.

Shipping Fee & Delivery Time

  • Orders under £50: A flat shipping fee of £9.50 will be charged, with an estimated delivery time of 2–17 working days.
  • Orders £50 and above: Enjoy free standard shipping service, with an estimated delivery time of 3–25 working days.
All orders will be processed, re-inspected and carefully packed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends, public holidays and statutory holidays are not included in the order processing time. Once the parcel is dispatched, we will immediately generate a unique logistics tracking number and send it to your registered email address. You can log in to the corresponding logistics platform at any time to query the real-time location, transportation progress and estimated delivery time of the parcel, so as to grasp the dynamics of the goods in a timely manner.
For all international cross-border orders, all import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and other related additional charges generated in the destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer. We will provide complete and standardized shipping documents (including commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) to assist customers in smooth customs clearance. The estimated delivery time is for reference only. Due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspection, logistics congestion, seasonal shipping peaks, extreme weather, remote area transit and policy adjustments, slight or moderate delays may occur in the delivery time. Such delays are beyond our control, and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused thereby. If there is a significant delay, we will actively coordinate with the logistics company and inform you of the latest logistics status in a timely manner.
If you receive a parcel with damaged outer packaging, or the received records have scratches, warping, breakage, defective playback, wrong items or missing goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods. When contacting, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and the defective goods (showing the specific problem). Our customer service team will verify the situation within 2 working days after receiving the feedback, and provide you with reasonable and satisfactory after-sales solutions such as full refund, free replacement, partial refund, etc., to fully protect your legitimate rights and interests as a collector.
